About

Hev started writing poetry in 2024. Having been doing stand up comedy since 2021, they already had a grasp on using their experiences to share in a creative way. When introduced properly to what poetry could be, and by engaging with the amazing communities of the poetry scene, Hev found joy in writing with the same level of truth and experience, but getting to play with more emotions and levels of sincerity. They have been writing poetry ever since and they enjoy each medium individually, as well as the ways they can work together.

Connection to Glasgow

Hev C says, "Glasgow is where community and love are, it's where I spend free time, time with people and time to explore my passions. It is my goal to live there eventually, not possible currently due to circumstances outwith my control but I am working towards it."
