Carla Woodburn

Carla Woodburn works with a poetry organisation called Express Yourself, and has a poetry radio show promoting Scots poetry and poetry in general. She runs monthly spoken word events as well as being a published poet with Leamington Books. Carla runs a poetry column promoting Scots poetry on behalf of the Scots Language Centre, and is also trustee for Tell It Slant poetry bookshop. She shares her work at events and open mic sessions and says, "I perform poetry at any opportunity."
