This week we began a second cycle of Seminal Sessions through Gilded Lily CIC in Govan... creating poetry with girls under 18 who might never consider themselves poets... yet they are. We all are: from before we are born; from the moment we first sense the beating of our mother's heart. It's both a privilege and an extraordinary experience to be a part of people emerging as the poets that they are. These are the hands of some of these SHE programme girls as they give voice, often for the first time, to the poetry that arises in them.
